Nancy J. Flint, Esq. is an attorney who is licensed to practice law in Florida, Georgia and the District of Columbia. Nancy combines academic excellence with solid industrial experience.

Her degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law were both earned with highest honors. For a decade, she taught a class in Patent Law at the University of Miami School of Law as an Adjunct Professor of Law. Nancy is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in Intellectual Property.

Nancy has experience in acquiring enforcing patents, trademarks, copyrights and domain names in the United States and around the world. She has counseled numerous clients regarding their intellectual property needs and transactions.

Nancy is also an inventor. While working at UOP, Inc., Nancy became a named co-inventor on two U.S. patents – U.S. Patent No. 4529828 and U.S. Patent No. 4636483.
